The SFIA School Fees Planning Process

The SFIA School Fees Planning Process

We are the leading school fees planning organisation operating throughout the UK. No other organisation can boast a heritage that dates back over 60 years to 1952.

We develop our own bespoke IT and specialist systems and strategies to help parents. This ensures that our solutions are appropriate and specific to our clients’ needs rather than being generic.

All our advisers are established and experienced professionals, and we work on behalf of our clients who are independent from schools and educational establishments.

Taking the time to understand your needs

If you would like to discuss your particular situation or to find out more about our services, please call SFIA today on 01628 566777 or email webenquiry@sfia.co.uk to book your FREE consultation – we look forward to hearing from you.

A local adviser will make contact to have an introductory discussion, which may lead to an initial free consultation at a place of your choice, where we will explain our services and how we work. We are normally able to provide an indication of the extent to which we can help at this stage.
In advance, we will have prepared a School Fees Schedule to help illustrate any options available. We will gather and assess relevant information in order to recommend a plan of action.

Our bespoke school fees report has proved very popular with parents, as this provides a high-level strategy that presents all the material information and benefits in a relatively concise manner.

At SFIA, we believe the above is only the beginning to help achieve what you set out for. We will review your situation periodically by specific agreement to ensure there are no unwelcome surprises as a result of fiscal or other changes.

At SFIA, the plans we produce are highly flexible, allowing payment dates to be altered, the benefits to be transferred to another child or for any other use.

Manage private school fees in four steps

We have developed a four-step process to help parents achieve their aims of managing fees more effectively:

1) An initial discussion and meeting with a dedicated adviser where information is gathered and ideas discussed.
2) We develop a personalised strategy report which details the various options open to people and the best solution for them.
3) We then discuss, agree and implement the most appropriate solutions that help parents/grandparents to achieve their aims in the most efficient and manageable way.
4) Once a plan is in place, we monitor, review and amend it as time progresses. This usually occurs during an annual review meeting but can be delivered ad-hoc, according to clients’ requirements. One thing’s for sure: things will change – personal circumstances, finances, tax laws, etc. Adapting to these changes along the way will ensure your plan remains as efficient and effective as it can be.
